This response was developed by Revolving Doors Agency with input from our national Service User Forum, the Elmore Team in Oxford and the St Mungo’s Neighbourhood Link scheme in Islington, London.

The three areas we have particularly focused on are multiple needs, personality disorder and early intervention.
